About Me

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and moved to Texas after college. I returned home in 2018.  My soul is happy! I have great adult children, grandkids, and a Yorkie who loves his Doggie Dough pet treats (a slice or biscuit a day)!   He is my chief taste tester!  I enjoy photography, cleaning & organizing, cooking and baking, long naps, swimming, hiking, and camping.  I am in my sourdough, canning, and kimchi era, and I am enjoying every moment of it!
